On April 21st I purchased two airline tickets through travel agency to vacation in Europe. Traveling dates were: departure on July 18th and return on August 18th. On the same day I paid tickets $2,134.88. They sent me trip itinerary. Few days before trip I went to the airport to check tickets. Boarding desk officer told me mthat my connecting flights are on waiting list. I called agency and they said everything is confirmed. I came to the airport on the 18th(today) to travel and boarding desk mofficer told me that my tickets are refunded and all reservations cancelled and I cannot travel. I called agency nand they told me mthat I supposed to travel yestarday on 17th. I told them that is not true. They said thjere was always departure on 17th. I have all itineraries. What I shuold do if they do not rebookm my tickets? Can I take legal action?
