I live in Charleston, South Carolina. My ex-girlfriend was separated when she became pregnant with my child and has since gotten back with her husband. They wish to keep the baby to themselves, which has not been born yet, and keep me from having any access. Is there any way I can have a paternity test mandated. I understand the state recognizes a married man as automatically being the father of a child born to his wife. Will a judge look down at their attempts to block my access?
